PAYMENT:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Credit card processing is done in house and you will be notified when your payment has been authorized and your order shipped. Products will be shipped to the verified billing address of the credit card used for purchase unless otherwise specified.
SALES TAX:
Pennsylvania and Florida residents must pay all applicable sales taxes.
SHIPPING:
All items are shipped UPS Ground. There is a packing fee of $8.00 and a UPS oversize package fee of $5.00 for each umbrella shipped. Current UPS shipping rates apply, even if they differ from the amount displayed during the checkout process.
It is our goal to ship all orders within 10 business days of when we receive the order. All orders are shipped from Mount Pleasant Mills, Pa. Although we are basing this on normal shipping times, acts of nature and quantity orders may require additional time to complete delivery.
RETURNS:
All sales are final unless an item is damaged in shipment. You must contact us for return merchandise authorization within two business days of receiving your shipment.
WARRANTY:
Although constructed from the finest materials, all umbrellas and furniture are specifically exempt from any warranty due to severe weather conditions to which umbrellas or furniture may be subjected. Umbrellas and furniture must be inspected upon receipt. If any defects are discovered, they should be reported immediately and must not be put into service.
